This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sydney NSW)
Break: 1-hour unpaid break daily
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Administrator to support day-to-day mortgage operations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the Australian mortgage industry, demonstrates accuracy in data and documentation management, and is confident working with mortgage aggregator platforms such as VOW and at least one other system.

Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate client and loan data across CRM and aggregator systems (VOW + additional platforms).

  • Prepare, organize, and review loan documents to meet lender and regulatory requirements.

  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to follow up on documentation and application progress.

  • Conduct preliminary compliance checks and ensure all client files are complete prior to submission.

  • Manage workflow to meet deadlines and service-level standards.

  • Provide administrative support including file management, reporting, and correspondence.

  • Uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and consistent documentation accuracy.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Australian mortgage industry (required).

  • Proficient in VOW and at least one other aggregator system (AFG, PLAN, FAST, or Connective).

  • Must be able to provide a positive reference from a previous mortgage industry employer.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct data/documentation errors.

  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and lenders professionally.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general admin software.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
