About the role
Lola Cafe', a vibrant and popular restaurant in the heart of San Juan City Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our talented team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the achievement of our business goals.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory control, quality assurance, and financial management
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain and enhance the restaurant's menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong operational and financial management skills, with the ability to create and implement efficient systems and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as industry best practices
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
