Job Description
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and overall performance to meet business targets
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Build strong relationships with guests and handle feedback professionally
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver consistent and excellent service
  • Manage staff schedules, inventory, and supplier coordination efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Support marketing efforts and in-store promotions to drive sales and brand growth

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, hands-on, and able to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
