Coffee Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the café.
Maintain compliance with health, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise baristas and other staff.
- Ensure high-quality customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain standards for product presentation and service
- Manage stock levels for coffee, food, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor daily sales and cash handling procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving sales targets
- Assist in creating in-store promotions and seasonal campaign
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management or any other related course
At least 3 years experience in café, restaurant, or retail management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic financial and budgeting knowledge.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
