JOB SUMMARY:

The Store Manager oversees daily operations, financial management, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring inventory sufficiency, maintaining legal documentation, scheduling repairs, and enforcing customer service, security, and safety compliance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Revenue Growth & Financial Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize store profitability.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, store expenses, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting and audit policies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

2. Customer Service & Store Operations

  • Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Oversee store presentation, cleanliness, and organization to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Implement promotional activities and in-store marketing strategies to drive sales.

3. Compliance & Legal Documentation

  • Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements are up to date.
  • Comply with company policies, government regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.

4. Staff Supervision & Team Development

  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve staff concerns professionally.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.

5. Inventory & Merchandising Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and wastage.
  • Ensure proper product placement, pricing, and promotional displays to maximize sales.

6. Facility & Maintenance Oversight

  • Ensure store facilities, equipment, and utilities are well-maintained and operational.
  • Oversee store security, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance to provide a safe shopping environment.

7. Reporting

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, staffing, inventory, and other key operational metrics to the Operations Manager.
  • Highlight challenges, opportunities, and recommendations to improve store efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role and with 6-7 years of experience in F&B.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Knowledgeable in profit & loss preparation, inventory, ordering and staff scheduling.
  • Can lead the store in meeting revenue and sales target.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office and request preparation.

LOCATION: Greenhills, San Juan City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
