  1. Provides direct patient care at times and responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patients.

  2. Coordinates with relatives all aspects of the care.

  3. Coordinates with housekeeping and kitchen staff of the facility proper and timely delivery of services.

  4. Responsible for transferring nursing care-relevant information between the attending physician and nursing care team.

  5. Responsible for the improvement of nursing care documentation and enhancement of nursing care standards.

  6. Responsible for compliance with sanitary requirements in nursing care and compliance with regulations in handling medication and controlled substances/sedatives.

  7. Co-decision maker for new hires, terminations and other promotional and disciplinary actions for nursing care staff.

  8. Supervising, managing and advising staff during implementing their assigned duties.

  9. Creating and implementing a training schedule for nursing care staff with consideration of the training requirements.

  10. Take over other duties that might be assigned to you from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
