Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing revenue. The role includes expanding the company's client base and market reach through market research, lead generation, client relationship management and sales strategy development. The BDM serves as a bridge between the company’s capabilities and the market’s needs, helping align internal resources with external opportunities, with the goal of driving growth and revenue through strategic planning and relationship building.

Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be Doing :
- Manage information in CRM and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Help the team meet its sales goal
- Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
- Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned
What You Must Possess :
- 2+ years' of sales or account management experience
- SaaS sales experience is preferred but not required
- Type A personality (high achiever, ambitious, strong-willed)
- Knowledge of Real Estate (good-to-have)
- Great negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Salary : Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Job Summary: Performs all aspects of market analysis, promotion, sales and support of all product lines; prepares plans and ensures attainment of targets; creates product demand; prepares comprehensive reports; develops sales call plans; respects sales map; assists in deliveries and collections; establishes customer relationships and professional service.
Job Specifications : Education – Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Marketing; Experience – 1-2 years in Sales/Marketing; Skills – excellent communication, sales & marketing; Licensing – Nursing or Medical Technology board passer (preferred); willing to travel.
