Job description

1. Position Goals

· Ensuring that clinical administrative task is in order, updated and properly monitored

· Provides administrative support to Director of Nursing and Head Nurse

2. Responsibilities

· Maintain records of the residents

· Maintain record of goods/supplies/materials ordered and received

· Prepare and process clinical supplies request

· Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival

· Support Director of Nursing and Head Nurse in other tasks

· Preparing correspondents and documentation

· Handle monthly inventory of Care Material

· Supporting Clinical with Monthly inventory of medication

· Printing clinical documents of the clinical (including scanning and filing)

· Laboratory request

· Prepare Minutes of the meeting

· Monitoring of materials for daily activity

· Monitoring of Pedi/Mani / Haircut of the residents

· Coordination of diagnostic procedures

· Coordination of televisit

· Organize appointments for residents

· Monitor deliveries of care material / medicines

· Every other task maybe assigned to you from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
