About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, service-focused business in the appliance repair industry. You will be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and enquiries—primarily assisting customers with spare parts queries, product information, and general support.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering great service, and keeping customers informed and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from domestic customers, warranty partners, and service agents
  • Assist with enquiries related to spare parts availability, compatibility, and ordering
  • Provide product and service information in a clear and professional manner
  • Use internal systems to check stock, log enquiries, and track order statuses
  • Liaise with the warehouse or suppliers when necessary to confirm part details or ETAs
  • Process and escalate customer issues or technical questions to the relevant team
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Respond to online enquiries submitted through the company website
  • Operate a VOIP phone system efficiently to manage call flow and routing

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical, parts, or trades-based environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling product-specific queries and working with part numbers or technical terms
  • Experience using customer service or inventory software (Simpro knowledge is a bonus)
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with warranty processes or appliance servicing is advantageous
  • A calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach under pressure
  • Basic technical aptitude or willingness to learn about appliances and components
