Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide technical and non-technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities may also include resolving customer issues, documenting communication, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and building strong Customer Satisfaction
  • Knowledge and skills in enhancing Customer Experience and resolving client inquiries effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools
  • Ability to work onsite in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area
  • Previous experience in a technical or manufacturing industry is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
