Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses).
- At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably gained in a fabrication/assembly plant and construction industry.
- Applicants with experience in a manufacturing environment are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-development skills.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall HR & Administrative functions of the company.
- Handle Labor Relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and maintaining healthy employee-management relations.
- Lead the Recruitment & Selection process to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Manage Employee Benefits Administration, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Develop and implement Training & Development programmes to support organisational growth.
- Supervise Building Administration, ensuring efficient facility management and workplace safety.
- Provide strategic HR support to top management and contribute to organisational improvement initiatives.
