We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team in Insights Associate role. This position combines strategic planning, data-driven insights, and innovative thinking to craft impactful marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in strategy development and data analytics, with a proven ability to drive brand growth and enhance agency success.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Insights

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive strategies to meet client objectives, with a focus on creative campaigns and content marketing.

  • Craft Strategic Briefs: Prepare actionable briefs to guide creative and operational teams.
  • Market and Consumer Analysis: Conduct research and interpret data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations.

  • Data Analytics and Performance Optimization

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and optimization strategies, focusing on consumer journey mapping and performance tracking.

  • Trend Analysis: Monitor digital consumer behavior, social media analytics, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced tools like social media listening platforms for insights generation.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Present Insights: Collaborate with account teams to deliver compelling presentations and reports, showcasing strategy effectiveness and areas for improvement.

  • Build Relationships: Establish trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor.
