Job Summary:

The Brand Associate will support the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and marketing initiatives for our baby care product line. This role ensures that all activities strengthen brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth while maintaining a deep understanding of parents' and babies' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, promotions, and activations.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and category insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade, digital, design, and suppliers) to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, including sales reports and campaign results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and update brand materials, packaging requirements, and product information.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer tie-ups, and community engagement.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with the brand's identity, values, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (FMCG or Baby Care industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
