Our growing company is looking for a well-rounded Leasing Associate who is looking for the challenge to help a company further flourish as an office leasing real estate developer. The candidate must be a good communicator, can give positive and impactful insights and can work individually or as a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Looks for new office tenants and drives leasing deals from first contact to signed agreement
  • Responds to office tenant inquiries with professionalism and promptness
  • Ensures lease compliance and accurate documentation
  • Maintains up-to-date records and cross-functional logs
  • Prepares clear, data-driven reports for stakeholder review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Real Estate preferred)
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Proactive team player
  • Open to be assigned in Quezon City
