APEC Homes is looking for driven and goal-oriented Civil Engineers to join our growing team. The role involves leading process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient construction planning and execution, coordinating power and water utilities, and overseeing housing turnover to deliver quality homes on time.

  • (1) Material Planning: Ensures the efficient and timely availability of construction materials across all project stages—from purchasing to warehouse coordination and on-site construction.
  • (1) Technical Services: Monitors the readiness of power and water utilities and ensuring that established timelines are consistently met.
  • (2) Housing Support: Monitors projects at all stages and providing effective solutions to issues encountered by closely coordinating with project engineers, site engineers, site workers, and contractors.

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with experience in project management/material planning/project coordination;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to support project and operational decisions;
  • Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and complex projects;
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and maintain professional integrity;
  • Ortigas-based but must be willing to conduct site visitation from time to time.
