  • Monitors the project in all stages and provides solution to the problems being encountered by coordinating directly with project engineers, site engineers, site workers and contractors;
  • Reviews, plans and monitors progress of land development and site construction;
  • Prepares and updates detailed monthly programs to increase accomplishments;
  • Develops programs, studies and/or analysis to increase accomplishments and cost efficiency;
  • Monitors survey requests and manpower requests;
  • Conducts site visitations from time to time and review site concerns;
  • Works in accordance with issued variation orders or to recover delays.

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With related experience in Project Monitoring or Project Management
  • With excellent communication skills;
  • Possesses analytical and critical-thinking;
  • Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven;
  • Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.

Working Conditions

  • Ortigas-based but must be willing to conduct site visits (Calabarzon-4A / Central Luzon)
  • Entry to Team Lead role available
