Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PH

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

About the Opportunity

Due to steady company growth and a strong pipeline of diverse projects, our client is seeking an experienced and talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of civil engineering projects, from building-related works to road and stormwater infrastructure, while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertake civil engineering design and related technical work.
• Prepare professional reports and documentation for internal and client use.
• Research and apply relevant regulatory policies, guidelines, and standards to ensure compliance.
• Conduct civil modelling, including civil works associated with buildings, road and intersection design, stormwater modelling, ground surface and earthworks modelling.
• Interpret modelling results and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil engineering guidelines, standards, and codes of practice.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams to achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Apply innovative thinking and problem-solving to enhance design efficiency and quality.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering design and modelling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 12d/AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with Drains and MUSIC for stormwater design.
• Familiarity with TUFLOW/HEC RAS 2D is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in civil engineering practices.
