Job Summary:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare material estimates/take-off in ensuring correct and accurate quantities of materials to be used for the project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project management files and tracking tools.
  • Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects.
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to top management.

Preferred Education, Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and communicational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
