About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' team as a BGC Site Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you will be providing exceptional customer service to clients within the travel industry. The position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with bookings, reservations, and any other travel-related queries
  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Identifying and escalating any complex customer issues that require further assistance
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and technology to support customer service tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
