About the Role:

Moder Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic
Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team to uphold and exceed quality benchmarks
  • Design and refine QA frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Conduct audits and performance reviews to identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality gaps
  • Leverage analytics to uncover trends and root causes of issues
  • Align QA practices with client and regulatory standards (especially in collections/financial accounts)
  • Deliver actionable insights through quality reports and presentations
  • Champion continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) preferred

Experience

  • 8+ years in Quality Assurance, including 5+ years in leadership
  • Experience in collections or financial accounts is a plus
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
