Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Dispatcher Agent with a solid BPO background and hands-on dispatching experience. You'll be coordinating field operations, managing real-time communications, and supporting clients across multiple channels.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the BPO industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher
  • Experience working with dispatching platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Workiz)
  • Standard multi-channel support: phone, email, and chat
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must have work ethics and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willing to work 40 hours per week, shifting schedules
  • Shifts may include morning, mid, or night shifts
  • Permanent WFH

Requirements:

  • You must have your own personal computer that is not shared with anyone else.
  • Work must be performed from home or your designated location.
  • You must have a quiet, distraction-free, and non-smoking background.
  • You must have a reliable primary and backup internet connection (not mobile data).

Job Type: Full-time
