We are seeking a dynamic Trainer and Operations Specialist who will be responsible for training our new independent contractors on key accounting processes, dispatch operations, and case management tasks within our ERP software. This role covers critical topics including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, Quotes, Dispatching, and Case Management.
In addition to training responsibilities, the selected candidate will assist in processing accounting and dispatch-related tasks during available time, providing direct support in managing operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Training :
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training sessions covering:
- Accounting procedures: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, and Quotes.
- Dispatching: Coordination and management of technician dispatching processes.
- Case Management: Efficient handling and tracking using the company’s ERP system.
- Evaluate trainees' progress, adapt training methods as necessary, and ensure understanding of key processes, including coaching and guidance.
- Maintain and update training materials, policies, and procedures regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Operational Suppor t:
- Support accounting operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation tasks.
- Assist dispatch operations, coordinating technician scheduling, assigning work orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Utilize the company's ERP software to track tasks, client cases, and streamline service management processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Technology, Education, or related field.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, accounting, dispatch, or similar operational support roles.
- Excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience within the RHVAC, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, or Appliance service industry preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, including demonstrated ability to train others on software tools and processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (AP, AR, PO processes).
- Dispatch and case management expertise preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and willingness to perform operational tasks beyond training responsibilities.
- Previous training or teaching experience, preferably within service-oriented industries.
- Experience in commercial service industries (RHVAC, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Appliance).
