Job Summary:

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and handling tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and personnel records. The role plays a key part in maintaining a productive, legally compliant, and positive work environment.

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Post job advertisements and screen applicants.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the hiring process.
  • Prepare job offers and contracts.
  • Employee Records Management
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR data and documents.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Process payroll inputs and benefits-related transactions.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, BIR) for employee contributions.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance
  • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development
  • Help organize training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Monitor employee development and training needs.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations
  • Support activities that promote employee morale and well-being.
  • Address minor grievances and escalate as necessary.
  • Administrative Support
  • Draft HR-related correspondence and reports.
  • Assist in audits, HR metrics, and performance management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
