Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

We are currently on the lookout for a new Telemarketing Agent to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere

• Conduct cold calling to potential customers to generate interest in our products or services
• Communicate effectively to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
• Utilize inside sales techniques to identify customer needs and promote our offerings
• Negotiate appointment times that work for both the prospect and the sales representative
• Market our products or services by highlighting their features and benefits
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment setting process

Qualification and requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong market awareness and understanding of customer needs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
