Location: Philippines - Ortigas

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

Hybrid: This is a hybrid opportunity - 3 days in the office (Ortigas) and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain network monitoring and management tools, including Zabbix, Grafana, TSDB, and IXP Manager.
• Design, implement, and optimize network configurations to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues effectively.
• Evaluate, deploy, and integrate advanced monitoring solutions to enhance visibility across network operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network systems, operational procedures, and incident response strategies.
• Ensure compliance with network policies and security protocols.

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in operating and maintaining network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, TSDB, IXP Manager).
• Strong understanding of network management and operations, particularly within an ISP environment.
• Familiarity with network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS).
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in network engineering or operations.
• Previous experience in an ISP or large-scale network environment is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
