Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas/ Makati / Cebu / Davao / Angeles / Mabalacat (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Administrator to support the financial operations of multiple Owners Corporations (OC). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bank reconciliations, processing payables, and coordinating financial reports and tax documentation in collaboration with our Melbourne-based accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full management of bank reconciliations for approximately 60 OCs, covering around 80 bank accounts.
  • Accurate data entry and processing of all accounts payable invoices.
  • Weekly review and management of the bounced email inbox, including checking bounced levy notices in Urbanise and contacting lot owners or managing agents to update contact details.
  • Preparation of Year-to-Date (YTD) accounts prior to committee meetings, ensuring timely delivery (within 5 days before the scheduled meeting) based on requests from OC Managers.
  • Management of quarterly BAS reports, including downloading required files and forwarding to the Melbourne accountant for lodgment.
  • Coordination of annual tax returns, downloading and issuing all necessary documentation to the Melbourne accountant for submission.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
  • Experience in property management or Owners Corporation administration is highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
