We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
  2. Listening attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing accurate and helpful information
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent level of service
  6. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and technology to perform job functions
  5. A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
