We areseeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued telco clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team or management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools
What we're looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telco industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Positive attitude, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
