We areseeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued telco clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  2. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team or management
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telco industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Positive attitude, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
