DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities:

Ensures proper implementation of company policies/rules and regulation through adequate supervision of employees. Proficient in the following areas of Human Resource:

RECRUITMENT- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire new staffs.

  • Applicant sourcing (Hiring and Selection) of nurses/rank and file.
  • Schedule and organize interviews.
  • Participate in applicant interviews together with the HR Manager.
  • Screening and safekeeping of resumes.
  • Preparation of personal files/201 for new hires.
  • Contract preparation for heads and rank and file.
  • Schedule employees for pre-employment and annual physical exam.
  • Helps prepare develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

  • Explain the provisions of the personnel policy.
  • Monitors staff performance and attendance activities.
  • Monitors infraction and application of disciplinary action for minor violations.
  • Provide basic advice and recommendation on disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in Employee handbook preparation.
  • Helps in profiling and matching job descriptions of employees.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the performance evaluation of staffs and heads and assist in disseminating the result.

TRAINING

  • Handles/assist in new employee orientation (nurses/rank and file).
  • Orients new nurses/staff on the policies, procedures and protocol of the clinic.
  • Creates Certification of Employment and assist in Employment verification of employees.

ADMINSTRATIVE FUNCTIONS

  • Provides support and assistance on different areas of Human Resource Management.
  • Coordinates with different departments to assess their needs and determine staffing numbers and skills needed to meet the organizations objectives.
  • Prepares and disseminate inter-office memos pertaining to clinic policies, personnel concerns and nursing service departments.
  • Assist in coordinating and preparation of HR Events (e.g. MVP Olympics).
  • Helps the HR Manager in various HR related tasks (records keeping, scheduling of Managers/Heads, town hall meetings).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or any related courses.
  • Fresh Graduates are Welcome to apply (experience is a plus)
  • Have a strong knowledge how to keep confidential files.
