We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work with one of Australia's oldest and most respected quantity surveying organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection for Depreciation Schedule production
  • Reading through client-submitted information and selecting appropriate data
  • Requesting any missing information from our in-house Admin Team

2. Property research for Depreciation Schedule Production

  • Sourcing and Saving property photos online
  • Sourcing and Saving floor plans online
  • Measuring floor area from Google Earth images and/or floor plans
  • Recognizing and noting any renovations done to a property, based on online photos
  • Searching Council records for any further details regarding the property

3. Depreciation Schedule Production

  • Measuring and Pricing fixtures and fitting within properties
  • Measuring and Pricing original construction costs of Properties
  • Measuring and Pricing renovations completed on properties

4. Depreciation Schedule Generation

  • Formatting Excel spreadsheets so that the Depreciation Schedules are presented well
  • Adding Backgrounds and Inserting pages to PDFs

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or other related courses
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
  • Experience in a property or construction related field
  • Good Microsoft Excel Knowledge
  • Excellent English Comprehension and Communication skills
