We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and ensuring the successful completion of bowling center projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for creating engaging recreational environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and financial projections, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Work closely with other teams, including, operations and maintenance to ensure alignment and success of project objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project, including site evaluations, engineering analysis, and compliance with safety and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure that all phases of the project are executed efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering, ideally within the entertainment or recreational industry, with a focus on bowling centers or similar facilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software for design and layout planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes related to the construction and operations of bowling centers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work in Makati City and travel to other places if needed.
