  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for civil works projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and other related documents to identify requirements and potential cost impacts.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project scope, design changes, and progress updates.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Monitor on going project costs and assist in preparing progress reports, forecasts, and financial summaries.
  • Conduct site visits to gather data for estimation and verify actual site conditions.
  • Ensure all engineering and construction activities to comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in bid preparation, tender documentation, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering Management
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
  • 4-6 years of experience in civil cost estimation, project coordination, or related engineering roles.
  • Proven experience in civil cost estimation, project coordination, or related engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g. Planswift or similar)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
