Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Manila for a Seasonal Sales Associate. The Seasonal Sales Associate will engage with customers, provide product knowledge, assist with sales transactions, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting promotional activities or events to boost sales.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
  • Sales and retail experience, with the ability to assist customers, handle transactions, and meet sales targets.
  • Organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient inventory handling and a well-maintained workspace.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about Nespresso products and offerings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or experience in sales/customer service are a plus.
