Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for professionals to join us in our Metro Manila & Luzon offices as Sales Associates. 

In this role, you will support the Sales Team by handling pre-screening, telemarketing, pre-booking, and loan documentation to ensure smooth and timely processing of accounts.

What the role will entail

  • Handle pre-screening and ensure fast and proper processing of sales applications

  • Conduct telemarketing, send timely notices of approval, and coordinate loan signings with clients

  • Support pre-booking by issuing bank guarantees and preparing accounts for annotation and endorsement

  • Prepare complete and accurate loan and mortgage documentation based on approved Credit Approval Memos

  • Ensure compliance and timeliness in all processing steps to support smooth loan bookings

  • Provide excellent service support to both clients and the sales team

What were looking for

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • Highly trainable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
