Role Description

This is a full-time role for a
Sales Associate
located on-site in Mandaluyong City. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, presenting products and services to clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires daily interaction with clients, both in person and via various communication channels, to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. The Sales Associate will also be expected to participate in team meetings, prepare sales reports, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

  • Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
