Credit and Collection Assistant Manager

Operation Oversight:

  • Monitor collection activities and ensure compliance of account's payments.

  • Work closely with the credit team to resolve collection issues and improve the collection process.

  • Negotiate payment settlement with delinquent accounts.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Order Approval team for customers with violations such as past due and overline and recommend approval or disapproval.

  • Develop strategies for delinquent customers.

Team Management

  • Collaborate with the team to address operations issues and concerns.

  • Assist in reviewing and updating the company's credit policies to ensure they align with regulatory standards.

  • Provide training and guidance on credit policies and procedures.

  • Assist in managing and supervising the credit department staff.

  • Ensure the team is meeting performance standards and handling credit accounts efficiently.

Implementation and Compliance

  • Ensure all credit transactions are within company policies and procedures

  • Review request for Credit Line and Terms and recommend based on existing credit policies.

  • Implement new credit policies as required.

Reports and Analysis

  • Analyze daily/monthly credit reports to assess credit risk.

  • Prepare regular reports on credit activities and outstanding balances.

  • Provide reports to Credit Manager on credit and collection performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Proven experience on Credit and Collection transactions.

  • Knowledge and exposure on SAP, Proficiency on MS Applications.

  • Excellent negotiation abilities.

  • Effective team leadership

  • High attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Can start immediately.

Office Location: D. Tuazon, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm
Fulltime, Direct Hire, Probationary - 6 months
