Job Description:

The Branch Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst, assigned to the CDO branch and will be temporarily deployed in Davao, will be responsible for the following:

  • managing end-to-end accounts receivable activities at the branch level
  • processing and monitoring of sales orders, customer collections, account reconciliations, and AR-related financial reporting
  • key responsibilities include handling disapproved orders, posting payments, processing credit and debit notes, and preparing AR adjustment entries
  • close coordination with internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain/Warehouse, and Finance, to ensure accurate, timely, and
  • well-documented transactions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or any equivalent course
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with computer systems and complex databases
  • Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and leadership skills
