Responsibilities:

  • Create blueprints, drawings, and models using CAD software.
  • Design mechanical systems, components, or products (e.g., engines, machines, HVAC systems).
  • Select appropriate materials and manufacturing methods.
  • Perform simulations and stress tests (thermal, structural, fatigue, etc.).
  • Analyze performance data to improve system efficiency.
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible for production.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
  • Develop or improve assembly methods and tools.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for engineering projects.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, civil, industrial engineers).
  • Develop maintenance schedules for mechanical systems.
  • Identify and fix mechanical failures or inefficiencies.
  • Provide technical support to operations and service teams.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least two (2) years of work experience in the related field
  • Preferably with experience in a Manufacturing company
  • Can manage overall plant operations and command an entire production team
  • Must have good emergency response and knowledge of general tools usage and safety procedures
  • Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • Willing to be trained in Zamboanga
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
