Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role supervises production staff, coordinates with other departments, and ensures the smooth flow of materials and processes. The Production Supervisor also enforces workplace safety, monitors inventory and documentation, and drives continuous improvement in production performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology is an advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of production systems, warehousing, and distribution functions
  • Skilled in materials forecasting, inventory control, and production management
  • Familiar with GMP, workplace safety, and quality standards
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production-related software
  • Process regulatory requirements pertaining to product improvements, sampling, and other regulatory requirements (FDA, LGU, etc.)
  • Able to work under pressure and meet production targets
  • Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
