Job Summary:

We are looking for a Training Officer to lead our product training programs. Using your medical allied background, you will deliver technical training, conduct in-field assessments, and ensure employees are confident and knowledgeable about our medical devices and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and deliver product-focused training programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions using medical and technical knowledge.
  • Conduct in-field assessments to evaluate practical application of product knowledge and provide coaching.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align training with business goals.
  • Maintain training records and assess employee product knowledge for certification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Allied courses (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy) preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product training, preferably in medical devices or healthcare-related products.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to translate technical/medical concepts into simple, engaging training content.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
