About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin and Finance Specialist to join our growing team. This role is integral in ensuring smooth financial operations, compliance, and administrative support for company activities and training events. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, uphold accuracy in financial reporting, and provide reliable support for both office and event-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage accounting and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national government regulations
  • Prepare billing statements, invoices, and other related documents.
  • Record payments and monitor accounts receivable.
  • Provide administrative support for training sessions, workshops, and company events, including logistics and documentation.
  • Assist in processing permits, registrations, and other compliance-related requirements.
  • Handle special projects as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience (finance, accounting, or administration).
  • Knowledge of government compliance processes and accounting practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with accounting systems/software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
