  • Monitor Office equipment and supplies and prepare purchase request when needed
  • Process Purchase Requests in MyeSAS and monitor Purchase Orders
  • Process Request for Payment of Invoices from suppliers/vendors
  • Provide and monitor invoices sent to finance department
  • Prepare Reports such as but not limited to Sustainability reports, collection reports, property updates, etc.
  • Consolidate reports from housekeeping, maintenance security personnel and Emergency Response Team (ERT)
  • Prepare Daily Utility Reading for the billing of merchant's utilities
  • Assist guests/visitors in their inquiries
  • Perform other administrative duties that may be required
  • assistance for sales, site tripping, client visit scheduling, and assistance collation of sales admin documentations.
  • Conducts daily inspection of the Property.
