
Receptionist/Admin

- Monitor Office equipment and supplies and prepare purchase request when needed
- Process Purchase Requests in MyeSAS and monitor Purchase Orders
- Process Request for Payment of Invoices from suppliers/vendors
- Provide and monitor invoices sent to finance department
- Prepare Reports such as but not limited to Sustainability reports, collection reports, property updates, etc.
- Consolidate reports from housekeeping, maintenance security personnel and Emergency Response Team (ERT)
- Prepare Daily Utility Reading for the billing of merchant's utilities
- Assist guests/visitors in their inquiries
- Perform other administrative duties that may be required
- assistance for sales, site tripping, client visit scheduling, and assistance collation of sales admin documentations.
- Conducts daily inspection of the Property.
