JOB OVERVIEW
The Packaging and Consumables Administration Assistant will play a key role in managing sales orders, client queries, and product administration to ensure smooth operations. An immediate start is preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize NetSuite CRM to manage client information, product details, and transactions.
  • Administer and support operations related to packaging and consumables.
  • Process and manage sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure confidence in system procedures to maintain high levels of efficiency and service quality.
  • Liaise with clients through the company's online platform for order placement and product inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience of at least 1-3 years in packaging, consumables, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Experience with NetSuite CRM is a must.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and procedures.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
