- Must be a Licensed Architect or a graduate of Architecture or any related course.
- With relevant work experience in architecture, construction, or project management (experience is an advantage but not required).
- Strong knowledge in project planning, design development, and construction processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and other related design or project tools.
- Excellent skills in coordination, organization, and time management.
- Ability to lead project teams, manage schedules, and monitor project milestones.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
