Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Agent to join our team in the automotive industry. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing after-sales support for car batteries to companies or automative industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of automotive products, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell automotive batteries to customers, retailers, service centers, and dealerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Provide product knowledge, technical information, and after-sales support to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of car battery solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, campaigns, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of automotive batteries, technology, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role (preferably in the automotive or battery industry).
  • At least 2-3 years work experience in the same
  • Strong knowledge of car batteries, automotive parts, or related products is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Fresh Graduates are open to apply.
