About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent to join our team at Krisan Safety, a leading provider of safety equipment and solutions in the Quezon City Metro Manila area. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base. This is a full-time position based in our office in Quezon City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities within your designated territory
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable safety products and solutions for their needs
  • Preparing and presenting customised proposals and quotations to clients
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up support
  • Regularly reporting on sales performance and pipeline to the management team
  • Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to support the company's growth strategies

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in PPE or related industries.
  • Knowledgeable in PPE products, including safety standards and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Sales is a plus.
