We are looking for an experienced ASP.Net Trainer who will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on ASP.Net and related technologies. The trainer will equip participants with practical skills in ASP.Net development, covering both foundational and advanced concepts.

This is a part-time, outsourced role specifically engaged to conduct training from September 22 to 26, 2025 through Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT). The selected trainer will also become part of our training pool, with the opportunity to deliver the same courses in future engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured training sessions on ASP.Net, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, including web application development, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.
  • Develop and update training materials, modules, and hands-on exercises tailored to participants' needs.
  • Assess learners' skill levels, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Deliver training virtually through VILT in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest .NET tools, libraries, and best practices, and integrate them into the training content.
  • Support learners with real-world project scenarios, coding exercises, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Coordinate with the training team and management to continuously improve training delivery and content relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in ASP.Net development and training delivery.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and deployment environments.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, web services, and software development best practices.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Available to teach on a part-time, outsourced basis from September 22–26, 2025, through Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), with the potential to handle similar training courses in future engagements as part of the training pool.
