Job Overview:
As a Medical Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working as part of a dynamic team that delivers 24/7 patient care, you will also have regular interaction with senior management and be involved in strategic discussions
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to calls and emails from customers and ensure that we maintain a very high level of customer service
- Using our proprietary products to assist you, to assign radiology examinations to radiologists (senior doctors) on our IT systems
- To help the radiologists troubleshoot any problems with these radiology examinations (missing information etc)
- To manipulate volumes of data in order to undertake elements of assigning and customer liaison.
- To work closely within the operations team to ensure that the right scan is sent to the right radiologist at the right time to ensure that patients get the right doctor reporting their scan without any untoward delay.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare operations or administrative setting; experience in radiology is a plus.
- Can start ASAP

Work Schedule:
Shifting schedule within UK business hours, with the possibility of weekend shifts
Work Setup:
Home-based
- Must have at least 50mbps for both upload and download speed (with back-up internet connection is required)
