ROLE OVERVIEW:

Responsible for carrying out IT Training courses with utmost confidence and competence. Must be able to review the training needs of the participants and make the necessary revision/update of the course materials based on the latest developments in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or any Bachelor's/College degree, preferably with IT background.
  • Microsoft trainers preferably with 2 to 3 years teaching and programming experience.
  • Confident and with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in any Java technologies: Java Standard Edition and in any .NET
  • Technologies: Microsoft.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, DB2, MongoDB, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, XML and HTML.
  • Other requirements for Trainers:
  • Project Management Fundamentals, Project Management w/ SDLC, AGILE Project Management, Principles of Software Testing, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Business Analysis Fundamentals, Business Analysis in AGILE Environment, Requirements Based Testing Techniques, BCPI using Lean Six Sigma with Yellow Belt Certification, Fundamental of SCRUM, Java Standard Edition with JDBC, Angular JS, Intro to UNIX with Scripting, Python, R Programming, React + Redux. Certified and seasoned CompTIA trainers in A+, Network + and Security+.
