Responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, assisting with food orders, and handling cash transactions. You will ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers, maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, and assist with daily operations of the Hotel's Café and Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers.
  • Take customer orders for food and beverages and provide recommendations.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation and serving areas.
  • Assist with food preparation, stocking, and replenishing supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and ensure proper food handling procedures.
  • Support team members in daily tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably College Graduate if any course.
  • With pleasing personality
  • Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures is preferred.
